Job description

  • Responsible for overseeing the Project Operations within the area of responsibility and assist the Operation Director to ensure compliance to budgets, targets and adherence to the company’s directives and policies.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan t determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plan as required.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • May also coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
  • Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.
  • Established operating procedures for project/program. Ensure procedures meet program goals.
  • Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.

    Train staff.

    Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. 
  • At least 20 year experience in Building MEP projects. 
  • At least 10 year experience as Project manager.
  • Able to prove his qualification for leadership and coordination.
  • IT skills.
  • Presentation skills – Ability to communicate important information in a manner that bridges levels of authority and cultural differences. Commands attention and managers group process during presentations. Is aware of responsiveness and adjusts self accordingly to hold audience’s attention. Effectively communicates idea in meetings/group settings.
  • Reporting and proposal compilation Skills – Ability to accurately write and create intuitive technical reports related to the essential function of the position.
