Job Description

  • Strong experience of delivering projects within the commercial sector 
  • Development of new business, management and growth of the PM team and the delivery of projects to quality, time and cost. 
  • You would ideally have excellent pipeline management skills and an associated track record in generating new business opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management and interpersonal skills 
  • Commitment to providing a high quality client service and to applying best practice 
  • Ability to manage teams and achieve results through others 
  • Experience of managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality 
  • Commission negotiation and submissions experience 
  • An ability to present to different audiences 
  • Conduct Feasibility studies and make recommendations. 
  • Design planning in the preliminary stage when the ability to influence the design change is high and cost is low. 
  • Construction supervision. 
  • Demonstrate project optimisation and project finance and due diligence.
