Looking for an experienced senior consultant for an office building / restoration project supporting the company in planning, management and cost controlling.
Phase 1: Preparation:
Create the requirement specification for the new office and do a feasibility study regarding the compliance of the company's requirements with the new office space. Develop a cost model for the overall move, including but not limited to design, construction, materials and moving as basis for budget approval.
Phase 2: Tendering and contracting
After budget approval the consultant should manage the end-2-end tendering process and negotiate the design and afterwards all required work and goods, deliverables, acceptance criteria and timeline to contract ready to sign.
Phase 3: Execution
The consultant shall coordinate and supervise all project activities, manage all contractors against SLA and KPI (including timeline) until acceptance and guide the company through the acceptance process.
