Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to owners on monthly basis- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Responsible for the quality control, Health & Safety of the projects under execution of the company
  • Looking for opportunities in the market, and how business should be developed
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Tender preparation & Submissions
  • Responsible for the profit and loss of the company

Requirements:

  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent (+ point)
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools of execution and interior design. Knowledge in strategic planning, risk management and change management.(+ point )
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
