Imdaad renews FM contract with Hamdan Sports Complex

undefinedFM provider Imdaad has renewed its facilities management services contract for the Hamdan Sports Complex, in Dubai.

It is the world’s biggest multi-purpose facility in Middle East designed to host world-class events.

Under the terms of the renewed agreement, the company will continue to provide comprehensive FM services to the sporting facility, including hard FM and waste management, for the next two years.

Among the FM services provided by Imdaad are heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP); fire protection; solar heating system; underwater cameras; security and access control; and lifeguard monitoring, among others. It also renders specialist systems such as Omega display, timing, public address, and broadcasting to the Hamdan Sports Complex.

The Hamdan Sports Complex is the region’s multi-integrated sporting arena located on Emirates Road. Spread over 24 hectares of land, it has a seating capacity of 15,000 spectators and is capable of hosting leading sporting events, including aquatic sports championships, 13 different sports such as basketball, tennis, boxing and martial arts, and other non-sport events, with the full support of Dubai Sports Council.
