The $340 million mixed-use development is located at Saadiyat Cultural District and includes 9 low-rise buildings with a total number of 461 units, ranging from one-to-four bedrooms.
Mamsha Al Saadiyat is connected to a 1.4km promenade with dedicated walking and cycling paths and direct access to the beach, playgrounds and residential and visitors parking areas.
TDIC said that construction work is progressing according to the pre-set schedule and will be completed by H2 2018. The project is being built through a joint venture between San Jose Contracting and Pivot Engineering and General Contracting.
Construction of the basement and podium has been completed, with work now ongoing on the upper floors of the buildings. TDIC is monitoring and supervising all the development phases of the project to ensure timely execution, said Sufian H Al Marzooqi, TDIC’s Chief Executive.
