ACES contracted for Saudi housing project

undefinedACES Jeddah has been awarded the geotechnical investigation works for the Baha and Assir Housing project in Saudi Arabia.

The investigation will explore the subsurface conditions for the infrastructure work in the area.

ACES’ scope of work include drilling 444 boreholes with depths ranging between 10 and 20 metres below ground, 45 trial pits, 50 piezometer, 50 permeability tests and a wide range of laboratories tests.

The client for the project is the Ministry of Housing and the consultant is Khatib & Alami.

The project is part of the Saudi Government programme to provide 500,000 homes to middle class Saudi families.
