KEO International Consultants has been selected to provide master planning and infrastructure consultancy services for the Dubai Maritime City (DMC).
The consultancy services will include the development of the DMC final master plan, infrastructure master plan and traffic studies as well as the preparation of infrastructure design & build documentation for Phase 1 of the project.

The project intends to create an urban lifestyle for the maritime community, KEO said in a statement.

DMC is a mixed-use development and divided into the commercial and industrial districts.
