Green Technologies, a company that has pioneered the implementation of sustainability and LEED in the Middle East, has become part of Ted Jacob Engineering Group.
Established in Canada in 1997 and in Dubai in 2004, Green Technologies has delivered 665 LEED-certified buildings to date.
It provides services ranging from retrofitting existing buildings to designing and retrofitting district cooling plants, and developing low energy to zero energy buildings.
In a statement Ted Jacob Engineering Group (TJEG) said the move for Green Technologies would enhance its customer offering by adding expertise in sustainability and implementation of LEED and Net Zero Energy design.
Ted Jacob is an international engineering design consultancy committed to delivering sustainable design and serving customer needs through the application of innovative technologies.
It was founded in 1985 in California and opened its Dubai branch in 2012 through the acquisition of the engineering wing of architectural firm RMJM.
