Continental Investments has unveiled plans to build its second high-end residential project in Dubai.
Located next to Arabian Ranches, the AED 1bn ($272.3mn) Rukan Residence will be close to shopping centres, a nursery, a mosque, golf courses, and entertainment facilities.
Public open areas and green landscape make up for 70% of the project, which includes a fully serviced residential complex made up of villas, town houses, twin houses, studios and luxury apartments.
Ahmad Sabbour, CEO of Continental Investments, said: “We are confident in the ability of Dubai's market to draw to foreign investment, providing returns that are from the top regionally.”
The developer’s first property was the AED 400mn ($109mn) Continental Tower, located in the Dubai Marina, featuring 555 flats across 29 floors.
Cairo-based Landmark Sabbour set up Continental Investments in Dubai in 2011.
